ABSTRACT
In this chapter, readers will learn about passive management-by-exception and laissez-faire behaviors associated with corrective transactional leadership and nonleadership respectively, why these behaviors are important to leaders and followers, what their outcomes are for organizational members, and how to put them into practice in organizations. Summary questions and reflective exercises are also presented.
