ABSTRACT
This chapter reflects on which violations of children’s rights amount to persecution, whether or not the Refugee Convention provides a satisfactory framework for the determination of child refugee applications and whether or not children’s rights approach to the interpretation of the Refugee Convention is possible and, in this regard, what the main trends are.
