Concluding the book, this chapter succinctly reviews those matters most likely to affect whether a professional association will be able to take innovative action. Considering where further research could most enrich our understanding of the areas in this research, it singles out the role of the affective domain in the dealings between a professional association and its members. More specifically, it highlights the value of further research into the operation of the Bar.
