Instructions for the teenager When you feel that you are on the receiving end of ‘nag, nag, nag’ at home and/or at you school, you may find it useful to think about things in terms of what it is like for you, and what you can change. It might help to think about it with some pictures instead of just words. Have a look at the pictures below. If you feel like any of the people in the pictures please tick the box or colour them in.
