ABSTRACT
Extended play. Join the child in building castles, pouring water, driving vehicles. Do some things that he has not thought of or can't manage-making a perfect castle by filling your bucket to the brim and tipping it out, or pouring the sand or water into the waterwheel. Encourage him to ask you to do it again (prompt with 'Say "Do it again".').
