CONSIDERING FURTHER COUNSELLING OR THERAPY FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE HARDENED THEIR HEARTS AND/OR BECOME BULLIES

In 1999 in Great Britain, 40 per cent of crime on the streets was committed by boys aged ten to fourteen. The Government’s reaction to this was to promise more money to schools for literacy and numeracy for ages four to six.
