ABSTRACT

Dead or dying relationships are those in which neither party is thriving. On a day-to-day basis there are too many deadening communications and too much of the energy between the two people is disinterested energy. There can be genuine affection, but the relationship has too little music, so to speak. Some dead or dying relationships are also diseased by emotional sterility. Over time this can spread over everything, suffocating any possibility of passionate or meaningful exchange (emotional, intellectual or sexual).
