Instructions Look at this picture of emotional feasts and famines. Colour in or tick the figures that depict how you feel about yourself when you are with key people in your life. Fill in the names of the people who make you feel this way. You can also include people who are no longer in your life, as they will still be affecting you for better or worse. You can have more than one name for each position. When you have finished, stand back and look at what you have drawn. What do you feel about your life as you survey the scene? What could you do to bring more emotional feasts into your life and suffer less famine? Are you appreciating enough the people in your life who bring you or have brought you a ‘feast’?
