ABSTRACT
In 1953, Comrade Mao Tse-tung pointed out: "Concerning the 95rural front, if it is not occupied by socialism, it is bound to be occupied by capitalism." This is an inevitable conclusion to be derived on the basis of the law of political and economic development.
