ABSTRACT

Large-scale multiple utilization brings the subjective initiative of man into full play. Raw materials should come from the resources of the plant, chiefly by making use of cinders, silt, and slag and other waste materials of the plant. Factory space, equipment, and materials needed in conducting multiple utilization should come from existing facilities of the plant. For example, the workshop for producing polycrystalline silicon was a renovation of the toilet room and lounge in the sugar-making workshop. From the headquarters to the workshops of the plant, three-in-one groups with workers as the mainstay and with revolutionary cadres and business and technical management personnel taking part are set up throughout to supervise business. While conducting multiple utilization, the plant pays attention to bringing the workers' spirit as master of the house into full play and earnestly strengthens economic accounting of the products for multiple utilization.
