ABSTRACT
Case study-story #3 is a fictional story and a spin-off from case study-stories #1 and #2. Special Agents (SAs) Dan Durbin and Tina Thomas are both senior federal agents from the Federal Investigative Service (FIS). The agents routinely investigate contract and procurement fraud, collusion, and corruption. This case study provides insight as to how investigators might go about conducting their investigation while utilizing elements of The Piper Method of Conducting Thorough and Complete Investigations.*
