ABSTRACT
Communicate with Me is designed to support the whole service to consider and
develop both how it communicates with, and involves, people with a learning
disability in a way which enables change to become embedded in the culture and
shared values of that service. This resource addresses the need for services to
support communication both throughout the workforce and within the structures
of that service. It also supports service managers to develop some aspects of the
service to promote and support more effective communication throughout the
service.
