looking for the group to understand that we communicate both
verbally and non-verbally, and to identify the different types
of non-verbal communication (eye contact, facial expression,
posture, gesture, distance and touch). Photocopy and use
Handouts 1 & 2 to prompt discussion after Worksheet 1.
