ABSTRACT

This chapter highlights some of the common blocks that cause emotional difficulty. Alternative Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) routes provide safe and effective ways to become aware of road blocks, and to clear them - to transform stumbling blocks into stepping stones for the future. A central concept in EFT is 'writing on the walls of individual's mind'. Many of thousands around the world have utilised a method called the EFT Personal Peace Procedure to replace previously unhelpful graffiti from individual's walls and inspire to create a more live enhancing existence. Conflict makes feel threatened. It can come from external sources or from within individual. The rapidity with which EFT can bring about relief sometimes leads people to deny that EFT has been the cause of change. The 'apex effect' is a term used in EFT to describe the tendency of some clients to explain away the results of tapping.
