ABSTRACT

When this has been accomplished, invite volunteers to share their experiences, their reaction to change and what they think they could have done differently. Other group members can comment and make suggestions about different ways to handle the changes being discussed. Many of the reasons for change working or not working well will focus on whether the change is planned or not. Likewise, whether it is resisted, resented, has not been prepared for or is accepted or not accepted. There are perhaps fears around what the changes will mean for people. This can lead to a good discussion.
