ABSTRACT
The Party Constitution stipulates that the comrades of the entire Party must 'develop the style of integrating theory with practice, maintaining close ties with the masses, and practicing criticism and self-criticism'. The three great work styles of our Party are a fine tradition in the Party promoted by Chairman Mao personally; they are the priceless heritage of the Party, serving to unite the people and defeat enemies. The Party's three great work styles, formed in the protracted revolutionary struggle, are a conspicuous characteristic which distinguishes our Party from the bourgeois and revisionist political parties. The lessons of history prove that the Party's three great work styles have had an immense influence on the Party and among the people of the entire country; they have assured the thorough execution of Chairman Mao's revolutionary line and have played an important role in the victorious development of the causes of revolution and construction.
