ABSTRACT
This volume of reading material on the fundamentals of the Party was edited and written in accordance with the theory of Marxism-Leninism-Mao Tsetung Thought concerning Party-building and in the spirit of the documents of the Tenth National Party Congress. It is an attempt to supply the vast Communist Party membership and the activists and intellectual youths who wish to join the Party with a reference when studying the Party Constitution. It should also serve as reference material to be used by Party organizations at the basic level when conducting Party-training education.
