ABSTRACT
This chapter presents a selection of Lean tools that can be applied during the maintenance process optimization described in the previous chapters. This list of tools is not exhaustive. There are also many detailed descriptions of these and other tools on the Internet. The goal of this chapter is to provide a pragmatic and user-friendly description of the tools, including do’s and don’ts. The tools covered in this chapter are
