ABSTRACT

I grew up in rural Minnesota. I can tell you ten things about a walleye without having to think. I know where to shoot a deer so it drops in its tracks; and if it doesn’t drop in its tracks I can track it through the woods for miles. I know how to drive a sub-compact car with bald tires through a blizzard, and I know when it is a really bad idea to swim in a lake for any one of a dozen reasons. These things are all common sense to me.
