ABSTRACT
Study of different systems employing not only auto- but heterosuggestive action and their various combinations, analysis, observations, and special experimental-theoretical and practical investigations have permitted us to develop a method that has been successfully used in practice since 1964. It is called the method of active self-suggestion. Its primary objective is to give the trainee the possibility of effectively mastering self-suggestion in a shorter time.
