ABSTRACT
Chairman Mao is the founder, organizer, and leader of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Over the past decades, the army has advanced from victory to victory under the brilliant leadership of Chairman Mao and along his proletarian political and military lines. The big careerists and conspirators Peng Te-huai and Lo Jui-ching, two agents in the army of the top Party person in authority taking the capitalist road, all along opposed Chairman Mao and his proletarian military line. The Eighth Plenary Session of the Part's Eighth Central Committee in 1959 exposed the criminal plots of the anti-Party clique headed by Peng Te-huai, dismissed him from office, and took army power out of his hands. Peng Te-huai's bourgeois military line was criticized and repudiated in the army. Chairman Mao has with genius and in a creative way developed Marxist-Leninist theory on class struggle and the dictatorship of the proletariat.
