ABSTRACT
The Expressive Voice is the grown-up who made conscious decisions to be somebody or do something. It's the fulfillment of purpose and how shares it with the world. Authentic leaders are very clear about their Expressive Voice. They use their gifts and talents in the workplace and make opportunities for their team members to do the same. People generally think of the word 'legacy' in terms of what they leave to their heirs. From an authentic leadership perspective, Legacy refers to the gifts and talents were born with. Each person receives a unique set of gifts and talents at birth that guide them to their authentic path on the planet. Likeability refers personality, the behavior and energy share with others. It is the sum total of emotion, thought and behavior patterns and how they are expressed to the outside world.
