ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on grounding pioneering development in customer as king, group practice, quality and the pursuit of sustainability, thereby treating people well. It explores differentiated development emerged through systematization and self-organization, thereby as an effective organization. The chapter describes currently navigating integral development via community building, conscious evolution, knowledge creation, sustainable development, building a healthy society. It expresses ultimate effect moral revitalization, as self, organization, society. The chapter also focuses on an extraordinary group of medical laboratories, based primarily in Jordan, but also operating in the Sudan, in Irbil in Kurdestan, in Palestine and in Kuwait. The characteristics of so-called pioneer enterprises are autocratic leadership, direct communication, person-oriented management, an improvisational working style, the work force or community considered to be "one big family", and the pioneer's market or environment comprised of known customers, clients or employees.
