ABSTRACT
The globalization process shows an increasing interdependence in the world market, as well as the reorganisation of the production and commercialisation of agrarian products. The new tendencies of farming activities organisation and dynamic on a world scale and their repercussions in Argentina (see Teubal, 1995), also impact the provincial space.
