ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the relation between global governance and the construction of a new world order. It urges that China needs a strategy of global governance, and then it discusses how to positively lead reform on global governance reform and encourage social forces to participate in this governance. Besides, it introduces participation in agenda setting and rule=making in global governance. In doing so, the author claims that China should strengthen its cultural attractiveness and cooperation with other countries to confront global challenges.
