ABSTRACT

The rising China shall be like Yao Ming, not bullied by others and never bullying others; as the United States always acts as a hegemonic power, China should not follow suit, often insufferably arrogant, overbearingly tough, and annoying to and hated by many countries and people. In the coming period, China should neither be oppressed nor hesitate to offer a hand, on the one hand providing assistance and advice to those regions and countries in need of China's help, while on the other hand avoiding to make indiscreet remarks or easily imposing suppression or sanctions like the old Western powers. No matter from what point of view, China shall take initiatives to make international relations more human, civilized, and peaceful, rectifying the deviations and promoting the development of international institutions and norms towards a progressive and reasonable direction.
