Territorial Sovereignty Over the Physical Space of the Arctic

In areas of territorial sovereignty, states have general governance over physical space.

This means legislative, judicial, administrative and enforcement powers which are

exclusive in the sense that no other state can exercise these rights in relation to those

areas; only international law can limit this freedom of states within such areas.
