ABSTRACT

Introducing the Personal Profiles The Personal Data Bases offer a broad-based collection of the many ways in which you exhibit your intelligences in the workplace. However, they do not reflect the relative importance of each intelligence or skill. For example, a manager with a strong engineering background could have listed many applications of their mathematical logical intelligence at work and only a few of their interpersonal skills. Still, it could be that interpersonal skills are most critical for a manager in the successful utilization of staff for meeting client needs and specifications.
