ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the issues and questions to be addressed by the present research. The trade policy issues that are related to the research are considered, the firm-level policy issues that could be impacted by the firm's response to exchange rate fluctuations are discussed, the relationship between the concepts of pass-through and pricing to market (PTM) is examined, and the key research questions to be explored are further expounded.
