Productivities for PGC, GDL, DLD Indicator Variables (General Psychological Well-being)

Production functions were fitted for three user indicators: overall PGC score (PGC); General Dissatisfaction with Life (GDL), based on a subscale of the PGC scale; and the third, a score on Dissatisfaction with Life Development (DLD). The two subscales are dimensions of overall morale tested using the PGC scale (Lawton, 1975).
