ABSTRACT
A Responsibility Matrix is a simple table that identifies accountability and responsibilities for project tasks, and records how you and your Steering Group have allocated them. While several individuals may be responsible for completing a task, only one named individual should be accountable for its completion. If accountability is shared, you risk hearing: ‘I thought x was dealing with that.’
