ABSTRACT

A Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a planning structure, usually a list or chart, that shows how the work to deliver a given project is to be broken down into the tasks and sub-tasks that are likely to be required. Samples of list and chart formats are shown in Figures 95 and 96.
