ABSTRACT

When people attend a theatre, a concert or a meeting as private individuals, they are addressed as 'Ladies and Gentlemen', whereas in the organizations which employ them they are referred to as 'Human Resources'. A leader will always involve people not only in getting the tasks done but in making, sharing and implementing the right decisions regarding which tasks need to be done and how they should be achieved. Being a leader means being able to create an environment in which by example and by training, people can develop these attributes, and so manage themselves well, and have a commitment to the company, to its objectives, its ideals and its principles, which transcend self. Interlinking takes all of the characteristics, philosophies, and systems of Integrated Company and focuses them upon operations and achievements. The overall objective of convergence interlinking is to focus upon ideas, actions and activities. Communication interlinking describes very important range of activities which centre upon information sharing.
