Analysis of the video information cannot be without its pre-treatment. The edge detection of image is itself one of the main tasks of the video information processing systems. Although parallel shift technology (PST) involves manipulation preferably without edge objects, its use will allow detection of edge of the image on the stage of pre-treatment. Since use of the PST analysed the shape of the image, the object of study will be considered as a binary image. In noise removal process, all parts of the image, defined as contour images, must be removed. The larger the width of the desired contour h, the greater the size of the objects to be considered as noise and removed from the visual scene. The main objective of flat image pre-processing, when using parallel shift technology, is to convert the two-dimensional image into a set of functions of the area of intersection.
