ABSTRACT
Chapter 2 considered the idea of unconstructive power. This chapter adds to the conversation. The discussion in this chapter recalls the ideas of the pioneer theorist Mary Follett, who coined the transformative idea of power with, and drew a distinction between this and the traditional power over thinking. The chapter explains leading and following as a partnership or collaboration established on the cornerstone of responsibility.
