ABSTRACT
The first dimension of The Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects provides a standard project life cycle model from idea to closure. The second dimension offers the project processes and functions that apply to every phase or stage. The third dimension is the concept added as a dedicated dimension in this third version of CAMMP. The best way to view this dimension is to think of it as a set of layers added on top of the first two dimensions. Each of these layers represents a set of practices that organizations would integrate into every applicable part of the first two dimensions, both along the project life cycle and in each of the stages. Organizations that have reached a level of comfort with the first two dimensions can start considering these additional layers one by one, as they continue to elevate their performance.
