ABSTRACT
Other project management functions could have been addressed here, such as quality, safety, health, environment, procurement, and resources (other than human resources). However, the same concepts apply, because each of these functions has to be managed across the stages and per the three dimensions. The team will address them at the stage level, per the processes, and at the project level via the project life cycle.
