ABSTRACT
Although the EIA directive should have been implemented in the member states by July 1988, it was substantially delayed in Germany. The EIA law (BGB1. 1.1990, No. 6) was introduced only in August 1990 and the administrative regulation (Gemeinsames Ministerialblatt, Vol. 46, No. 323, p. 671) in September 1995.!
