ABSTRACT
Chapter 13 provided a couple of recommendations to aid the supplier in achieving their production schedule efficiently. These involve predicting and safeguarding against problems so that corrective actions can prevent their happening again. This can require some deep thought to understand conditions that may not be known. It also provided a little insight into how to improve productive output and how to determine if changes are effective.
