ABSTRACT
In previous chapters, many characteristics that identified the who, what, where, when, why, and how requirements of suppliers was discussed. Included in the discussion was the relevance of important process tools that are to be instituted by each supplier in their design, process design, process control, and corrective action systems. In addition, Chapter 5 listed three important elements that must be available and practiced at the supplier location. The design, process, and control plan will be of significant help in improving supplier enhancement.
