ABSTRACT
A design for a national case study was suggested in chapter four. Based on the development of a national case study framework, chapter five provided a descriptive analyses of the national telecommunications regulators in Thailand. In particular, chapter five analysed the TSPP strategies within the TOT, the CAT and the PTD. A cross case analysis of the findings from the case studies on the national telecommunications regulators was discussed in chapter six. Chapter six also discussed the possibility of the transformation of the organisational TSPP into a NTSPP in Thailand.
