ABSTRACT
This chapter will review four of the most commonly discussed moral theories: Utilitarianism, Universalism (Kantian Ethics), the Golden Rule, and Virtue Ethics, and present a dialogue about the most common strengths and weaknesses of each theory, with the aim to underscore that adhering to one single moral theory is not an easy task. This chapter will also discuss some of the challenges leaders may face in their efforts to do the right thing.
