ABSTRACT
Alex arrived at his office at about 7:30 a.m. He quickly checked his email, grabbed his computer, and headed to the meeting, hoping to catch Carl before the meeting started. As he walked to the executive area, he was much less frustrated than the day before — the meeting with the REC team ended up going really well — yet he still had some apprehension as he approached Brenda’s conference room.
