ABSTRACT
This experiment used the Lactobacillus rhamnosus A53.2 capable of yielding conjugated linoleic acid by UV mutagenesis. Through the determination of optimum mutagenesis concentration gradient, optimum mutagenesis time and three successive UV mutagenesis and other experiments, the goal of obtaining high-yielding CLA strain has been achieved.
