ABSTRACT
Many of us participate in the four basic methods of peer engagement-connect, network, optimize, and accelerate-simultaneously and through various methods. Connecting and networking tend to be individual pursuits that leverage peer influence from a higher volume of peers with less structure to the interaction. Accelerating and optimizing are group efforts that create what we call peer advantage, which by definition is more strategic and structured in nature.
