ABSTRACT
This was a very sensitive family issue, and Greg needed a safe environment where he could be open about his feelings, free from being judged by his fellow members, and be assured that anything that was said in the room, stayed in the room. This chapter discusses the necessity of having a confidential, trusting, and objective environment in which to solve challenging issues and create shared learning.
