ABSTRACT

To take digital to the core of your enterprise, you have to start bridg-ing the gaps between where it is now and where it needs to be. You may need to get your company to cross the rapidly blurring boundary into a new industry. Information and technology need to become more like core capabilities of your enterprise and less like support services. You certainly need to add new digital competencies-and they have to fit somewhere on the organizational chart. You’ve got to span the blurring boundaries between existing departments and functions to make that integration work.
