ABSTRACT
In order to assess the capability of any process, it is necessary to understand its intended scope. What is counted in and what is counted out? It is also necessary to understand the context in which the process takes place. This chapter discusses the scope of project risk management and, hence, where the Project Risk Maturity Model (RMM) draws boundaries between risk management and other project management processes.
