ABSTRACT
Large Group Processes (LGPs), sometimes called 'large group interventions7, are processes for working with large numbers of people. Some processes work with 20 to 64 people, others from 20 to 120, and some with up to 10 000! Therefore, the first thing to notice about these processes is the number of people they involve.
