ABSTRACT
Aircraft accident analyses suggest that most accidents are attributable to human factors' failures, often related to crew performance. Ambiguity, assurnptions, lack of communication, confusion, discrepancies - all have contributed to serious loss of life. Therefore, continual examination of the factors that affect air crew performance is essential.
